Modern lifestyles are at the forefront reason why individuals are more likely to be injury prone. Simple daily tasks such as sitting or driving increases chances of injury through changing the synchrony of normal human movement. Musculoskeletal injuries account for 25.7 million work day absence every year. With individuals taking roughly 17 days per injury, re-injury rates are at its highest as a result of inadequate rehabilitation causing the biological tissue to lack resilience and tensile strength.

Source Performance prides themselves with a different approach to injury rehabilitation. Applying a well designed system, SP[REHAB] aims to not only focus on isolated symptomatic treatment but eliminate the injury at source, speeding up recovery and reducing the chances of re-injury.

Utilising industry accredited testing protocol over different disciplines, allows us to highlight areas of weakness, tightness, under and over activity. By addressing these areas with our individualised programme, we bulletproof the body allowing greater capability to cope with the daily stresses against the habits of our modern society, enhancing productivity, longevity and improving the quality of life.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise Rehabilitation is the use of different exercises with specific movement patterns to create gradual stresses on the rehabilitating tissue and joints to restore normal working function, increase tensile strength and global synchrony.
