Senior Physiotherapist
Leo qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree from Brunel University in 2003. Having worked for nearly 10 years in the NHS (the Royal Free and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals) he worked closely alongside world-renown Orthopaedic Consultants as well as Extended Scope Practitioners. Having gained an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Merit) from Kings’ College in 2010, he went on to full-time private practice at Pure Sports Medicine from 2012 to 2018. He is also the school physiotherapist at Harrow School working with elite academy players in sports including rugby, football, tennis, cricket, and athletics. He was also recently the Maccabi GB 35's Football Physiotherapist this summer at the XIV Juegos Macabeos Panamericanos, Mexico.
He is a fully trained and practicing acupuncturist and Reflexology since 2005. Furthermore, he’s a member of the CSP, MACP, and AACP. He’s also currently under the Strength and Conditioning Mentorship program with Tom Crudgington, The Body Development Way in Bath.
His areas of specialist interest include knees, ankles, shoulders and low back and neck pain. He treats patients from all backgrounds, from ergonomics related musculoskeletal pains to sports injuries and post surgical procedures (elective and traumatic), acute or chronic. The most common sports people he sees are footballers, rugby players, tennis and runners.
